Easter Basket Ministry

Once again, the Church and Community Ministry Team is asking for your help in supporting the Easter Basket Program. We will be collecting food such as canned vegetables and fruit, canned soup, potatoes (sweet and white), macaroni and cheese, Easter candy (jelly beans, etc. for the children) and non-perishable desserts. Food items can be left in Fellowship Hall or in the Narthex.

A $15.00 donation will buy a $15.00 gift certificate to be used to purchase perishable food items. Our goal is to collect $1,125 to provide baskets for 75 families. Members of the ministry team will be in the Narthex each Sunday in March to accept donations. Donations can also be mailed to the church office. Please make your check payable to COCU and mark it “Easter Baskets.”
