Physical Fitness Class Handouts

How many of us have made the same resolution year after year to make healthy choices and become fit only to fall short of our goal?  Please plan to join us on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning March 3, at 4:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall, as we explore increasing our physical fitness.  As a group, we will learn and support each other as we attempt to make lifestyle changes that will increase our current fitness levels.
